The Seven A’s – Our Awareness, Assumptions, Attitudes, Attention, Alignment, Actions and Allowing determine our Frequency. They are our requests to the Universe.
In the past four issues we learned that our subconscious and conscious thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes determine the frequency at which we vibrate and actively create our individual and collective experience as human beings. As quantum science tells us, nothing exists until it is observed, at which point the reality experienced by the observer emerges from the implicate order and manifests in the explicate order, to use the terminology of physicist David Bohm.
Our awareness, assumptions, and attitudes, the choice as to where we place our attention, our degree of alignment with our inner guidance, and the committed actions we take, determine the frequency we inhabit, which in turn determines every aspect of the reality we experience. Remember, these are our requests to the conscious loving Universe, which gives us everything we ask for. There is one final factor, allowing. We must let go, surrendering any attempt at control. Control and trust cannot coexist. We must step back, trust the unknown, and allow the loving Universe to do its part, knowing that it wants more for us than we can fathom.
Human consciousness breaks down into seven attributes which coincidentally begin with the letter “A.” We call them “the Seven A’s.”
Awareness is the most obvious aspect of consciousness. An unconscious person has no idea of his or her surroundings, whereas a conscious person perceives his or her inner and outer environment, on a level corresponding to his or her degree of awake-ness. Pure unconditioned awareness is the super-conscious state that is the goal of meditation. The meditator is simultaneously aware of everything and of nothing, dissolved into All-That-Is.
Our awareness is profoundly conditioned by our assumptions, our core beliefs about the nature of reality. The nature of our assumptions and their vibratory rate has a profound effect on the state of our consciousness, creating a filter through which our perceptions and experiences are channeled. Anything excluded by the filter is removed from our perception, or is distorted beyond recognition, with profound implications for the human experience.
Our attitude, the stance we adopt toward any given subject, is almost entirely determined by our assumptions about that subject. It is virtually impossible to have a positive attitude concerning someone or something we hold negative assumptions about. The opposite also applies. This is why we recommend examining our core assumptions, and changing them if necessary.
Attention is the conscious focusing of our awareness on a particular object or subject. As humans, we have a great deal of control over the nature, focus and intensity of our attention. Depending on where and how we choose to focus our attention, we place ourselves in vibratory alignment with the subject of our attention, for better or for worse.
The foregoing aspects of human consciousness work together to place us in a position of agreement or alliance with the things upon which we have chosen to place our attention. We are free to align ourselves with the highest vision of which we are capable. Or not.
Our actions, in alignment with our inner guidance/intuition and the “signs” from the Universe constitute the most active attribute of our consciousness. Our actions activate the mechanisms of creation. They are consciousness made manifest in the material world. They put us physically into position where synchronicities magically happen.
The final aspect of our individual human consciousness is possibly the most important. It is the one where we step back in a state of trust, let go of our individuality, melt into the Oneness, and allow the loving Universe to play its part. We act, and then release attachment to the outcome of the action.
The Seven A’s all relate to the free-will choices we make, which in turn determine our frequency, which in turn determines our reality. Do you see how free we are, once we understand the power of our own consciousness, and learn to use these wonderful tools? Here they are in a single sentence:
With expanded awareness and accurate assumptions, we choose our attitude, consciously direct our attention, align with our highest inner promptings, take committed action, and allow the loving universe to manifest beyond our wildest dreams.
We’ll be back next month to explore The Fifth Assumption: “Free will is an absolute law of the Universe. We have the ability and the freedom to choose our frequency. We are the masters of our own destiny.”
